Come stay at the Sedona Oasis, walking distance to Cathedral Rock and Oak Creek on a private trail. This is the best location in Sedona, and the only place our family stays when we visit. Soak in the epic outdoor tub with a view of Cathedral Rock, enjoy epic sunsets at secret slick rock, and dine in luxury in a southwest-style patio.

Good to know

This is a studio with a luxurious Birch king mattress (the same one we use at home :) a well-equipped kitchen, and newly remodeled bathroom with walk-in shower. My absolute favorite part is the outdoor space, though. The huge cast-iron clawfoot tub has a view of cathedral rock, and you can take an epic outdoor shower after a long day of hiking. The studio shares a wall with the main house (which is also an Airbnb), but it's very private with separate parking and outdoor space.

Other Details to Note

NOTE: The neighboring lot will have periodic construction activity on it over the next year or so. If I hear in advance about times that construction will be noisy, I’ll be sure to let you know as far in advance as possible. However if you plan on having out at the house during the day and are particularly sensitive to sound, feel free to book another location or just ask me if there will be construction noise during your stay. Nature is the star at this home is in the heart of Sedona. Being able to walk from the house to Cathedral Rock, Red Rock Crossing and Crescent Moon Ranch, and Oak Creek without having to drive and park makes this the best location in Sedona. We always walk ~5 minutes to the Secret Slick Rock to watch the sunset. (Secret Slick Rock is also where Beyonce filmed her music video "Spirit" with epic views of Cathedral Rock, where everyone goes to get married :) We are outside of the bustle of town, but it's only a 13 minute drive to Whole Foods, 11 Minutes to our favorite cafe Chocola Tree, and minutes from epic swimming holes like Chavez Crossing. Hiking and Nature: Cathedral Rock is an hour hike (one way) (best hike in Sedona!) Secret Slick Rock is 5-10min walk (or can park at trailhead for short walk access) Crescent Moon ranch is .5 miles (walk or short drive) for visiting Buddha Beach, having a family picnic, and walking by the river, Chavez Crossing is 1.4 miles (short drive) for epic swimming holes West Fork Oak Creek Trail (32 min) Town Recommendations: Whole Foods is 11min away driving Tlaquepaque (art and shops) 14min ChocolaTree Organic Eatery (best for cacao drinks) 11min Sedona Artist Market - 10 min loo

Enjoy epic views of Cathedral Rock from your private outdoor patio and studio space with an outdoor tub, fire pit, and sauna. There is a separate driveway and parking area with ample free parking. There is a shared wall with the main house but this is a very private separate space. The main house is also an Airbnb: click on our profile if you want to book the entire property for maximum privacy and to enjoy the entire back yard with hot tub as well.

Great place and affordable for the area it’s a 15-30 minute drive to the top 5 vortexes and secluded enough that it feels you’re staying away from the city. Absolutely charming and clean. Would absolutely return. Troy was also incredibly communicative and helpful all around. Would return!

The Sedona Oasis is a magical place. The interior is beautifully decorated and spacious with splendid outside views. The espresso machine was a marvelous touch: we enjoyed it often. We spent lots of time just relaxing on the patio- soaking in the clawfoot tub and savoring the flickering flames of the fire pit. It was awesome to find so many great trails within walking distance of the house! Troy was an amazing host. He provided us with numerous information about trails & shopping & restaurants before our visit. And while we were at the Oasis, he responded quickly to our questions, giving us great advice and making us feel like truly welcomed guests. A totally epic stay!

This place is perfect for couples. Super chill with easy access to trails straight from the place. Troy did a fantastic job - provided us with various hikes and sunset spots.. not even a 10 minute walk. The one thing I will say is you can’t make calls. WiFi is not that strong. I don’t view that as a negative because of the location but something to be aware of

Wooooow, this has been one of my favorite Air B&B stays 🤩🙏✨ I’ve been traveling and staying at Air B&B’s for 7 years now and I’ll always remember Troy’s house and our time here. My husband and I chose this place for a restful retreat to recover from running in the Cocodona 250 and it was PERFECT. We enjoyed the relaxing and beautiful outdoor “spa” area. The sauna and bath tub was perfect, and a short hike to the most amazing sunset spot right from the house. Troy had wonderful tips and recommendations and we felt right at home. We didn’t expect to turn our one night into such a romantic experience, but it was and we’re so grateful. Can’t wait to visit again and spend more time here. Thanks Troy and family! ❤️

This place was awesome. It’s 15 minutes from everything in town, you can see red rocks from inside of the sauna. It’s really private so using the bathtub and fireplace at night was relaxing, and you can see the stars at the same time. The host was very responsive and helpful we used a lot of his recommendations. My grandma can’t walk far distances- the three steps out front weren’t hard at all for her. (The bed is very bouncy, just FYI for people w sleep issues- as a hard sleeper, I slept fine) Thank you!

The stay and location was wonderful. The owner's communication and recommendations just made it that much more wonderful. We thoroughly enjoyed our trip to Sedona and would definitely stay again :)
