Troy’s place was a dream. From the clean house, beautiful surroundings, and helpful recommendations, I don’t think we could have had a better trip.
The house is located on a quiet street surrounded by multiple trails (including the iconic Cathedral Rock, where we luckily didn’t have to worry about parking / shuttles at all due to the house’s convenient location) and a short drive into West Sedona.
Troy provided a solid list of recommendations (food, hikes, swims) and clearly communicated instructions for check-in/out. The whole process was smooth and we immediately felt at home.
When we come back to Sedona, I will definitely try to book Troy’s place again without hesitation.

Wonderful serene setting with stunning views and quiet neighborhood. All within a quick drive to town and everything you might need. The beds were super comfortable and the espresso machine made for delicious starts to the day.

Troy’s place was beautiful. We loved the views of Cathedral Rock and being able to go on the trail just down the road from the property. The swing on the front porch was my husband’s favorite spot and I loved the master shower !!

Great place and affordable for the area it’s a 15-30 minute drive to the top 5 vortexes and secluded enough that it feels you’re staying away from the city. Absolutely charming and clean. Would absolutely return. Troy was also incredibly communicative and helpful all around. Would return!

Troy was amazing. So incredibly responsive and helpful, could always reach out and ask a question and get a timely response without leaving any questions. Troy was very informative of the surrounding area and highly suggestive of their local favorite options to do things and experience the area to the fullest. Would do it again.

The Sedona Oasis is a magical place. The interior is beautifully decorated and spacious with splendid outside views. The espresso machine was a marvelous touch: we enjoyed it often. We spent lots of time just relaxing on the patio- soaking in the clawfoot tub and savoring the flickering flames of the fire pit. It was awesome to find so many great trails within walking distance of the house! Troy was an amazing host. He provided us with numerous information about trails & shopping & restaurants before our visit. And while we were at the Oasis, he responded quickly to our questions, giving us great advice and making us feel like truly welcomed guests. A totally epic stay!

This place is amazing. Perfect location for hiking and star gazing. Home had everything we needed for a family of 5. Very quiet and peaceful. Would definitely stay again. Troy was great!

This place is perfect for couples. Super chill with easy access to trails straight from the place. Troy did a fantastic job - provided us with various hikes and sunset spots.. not even a 10 minute walk.
The one thing I will say is you can’t make calls. WiFi is not that strong. I don’t view that as a negative because of the location but something to be aware of

Wooooow, this has been one of my favorite Air B&B stays 🤩🙏✨ I’ve been traveling and staying at Air B&B’s for 7 years now and I’ll always remember Troy’s house and our time here. My husband and I chose this place for a restful retreat to recover from running in the Cocodona 250 and it was PERFECT. We enjoyed the relaxing and beautiful outdoor “spa” area. The sauna and bath tub was perfect, and a short hike to the most amazing sunset spot right from the house. Troy had wonderful tips and recommendations and we felt right at home. We didn’t expect to turn our one night into such a romantic experience, but it was and we’re so grateful. Can’t wait to visit again and spend more time here. Thanks Troy and family! ❤️

Troy was a fantastic host! Communication was smooth and responsive from start to finish. The place was clean, comfortable, well-equipped and in a great location near Cathedral Rock, which made exploring Sedona so easy. We had an amazing time and would definitely stay again!
